The Client Relationship Manager will lead the retention and growth of a dedicated portfolio of employer accounts, supporting brokers to deliver world-class client service and drive strategic renewals. You’ll have the autonomy to manage key client journeys, with support from a collaborative, cross-functional internal team.
Role Highlights The Client Relationship Manager will:
– Retain and grow a portfolio of employer clients via strategic broker partnerships
– Lead open enrolment and renewal meetings, educating stakeholders on healthcare solutions
– Build consultative relationships with brokers to support year-round client satisfaction
– Deliver timely, accurate renewal proposals and benefit summaries
– Cross-sell additional solutions to maximise account value and long-term engagement
You Will Need The Client Relationship Manager will bring:
– Proven success in retaining and growing a client book within insurance or health benefits
– Outstanding presentation skills and confidence speaking to both brokers and employees
– Familiarity with broker and carrier dynamics in the health insurance space
– Proficiency in Microsoft tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
– (Bonus) Spanish fluency and a health insurance licence (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
