Demand Generation Manager
  • Up to £45,000 base salary dependent on experience

The Demand Generation Manager will take full ownership of customer and tutor acquisition and retention, driving performance through insight-led, multi-channel campaigns that engage, inspire, and convert.

Role Highlights
– Design and deliver omnichannel demand generation campaigns across digital platforms, events, and partnerships
– Lead CRM automation and personalised journeys across multiple audience groups
– Optimise marketing and sales funnels to maximise conversion and long-term engagement
– Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to develop activation, retention, and referral programmes
– Track, analyse, and report marketing performance to enhance ROI and inform strategy

You Will Need
– 5+ years’ experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, or premium consumer services
– Strong track record of building and optimising high-performing funnels and campaigns
– Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
– Proven ability to manage agency relationships and cross-functional collaboration
– A data-driven mindset paired with creative judgement and excellent copywriting skills
