Our client is growing their digital capability and has a 12-month opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) to step in and shape high-performing campaigns across the UK and US.

You’ll join a brand that blends creativity with performance thinking, using data insight to elevate unforgettable consumer experiences. With a pipeline of new initiatives, cross-channel projects and content innovation, this role offers the autonomy to drive meaningful results while collaborating with talented specialists across marketing, partnerships, creative and e-commerce.

The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) will
- Take full ownership of paid social performance, championing testing, optimisation, and creative development to deliver measurable commercial impact.
– Develop and execute Meta-led paid social strategies for UK and US markets
– Build structured testing roadmaps across audiences, placements and creative
– Lead creative production cycles, including UGC and influencer-style assets
– Support PPC and YouTube campaigns with insight, performance analysis and optimisation ideas
– Partner with wider teams to ensure cohesive messaging and full-funnel alignment

You Will Need
– Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end
– Strong understanding of PPC, YouTube Ads and cross-channel measurement
– Confidence using GA4 and Looker Studio for analysis and reporting
– Ability to translate performance data into actionable business recommendations
– A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
