As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping a modern digital strategy that fuses data, design, and emerging technology to deliver measurable impact across global markets.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategic digital initiatives, manage the global website, and deliver projects that elevate user experience and drive commercial growth. You’ll combine technical leadership with creativity to implement next-generation marketing technologies and establish best-in-class digital performance standards.

Role Highlights – Design and deliver a future-ready digital marketing roadmap that harnesses AI, automation, and personalisation
– Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and scalability
– Oversee global website performance, sprint cycles, and UX enhancements
– Lead MarTech integration and A/B testing to optimise conversion rates

You Will Need – 5 + years’ digital marketing experience with proven exposure to AI-driven tools and strategies (ideally B2B)
– Technical knowledge of CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred), SEO/GEO best practice, and UX principles
– Strong understanding of marketing automation, data analytics, and machine learning applications
– Proficiency with Asana, Salesforce, and AI-powered content tools
– Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills
