The Interim Head of Growth will lead the UK D2C acquisition function, setting strategy, driving CAC efficiency, and delivering sustained new customer growth across a broad channel mix.
  
What You’ll Lead
• Build and deliver a full-funnel acquisition strategy spanning paid, owned and earned channels
• Oversee performance across PPC, paid social, SEO, influencer, affiliates and media
• Guide channel optimisation and creative development with internal and external partners
• Shape the in-house vs agency model and manage high-performing suppliers
• Own analytics, reporting and attribution to inform spend, efficiency and channel mix
  
The Interim Head of Growth will need:
• 7–10 years’ experience in B2C/D2C acquisition, ideally within a subscription environment
• Expertise across at least two areas: PPC, SEO, paid social, partnerships or referrals
• Strong command of funnel optimisation, conversion tactics and testing frameworks
• Hands-on ability with Shopify 2.0, Google Analytics and key marketing platforms
• A data-first mindset with confidence in managing CAC, LTV and cohort dynamics
