Commercial & Marketing & Analytics Lead
 
£85,000-£92,500 + bonus + restricted stock awards + benefits | Hybrid (3 days/week SW London)
 
We're partnering with a fast-growing, consumer brand that's using data to shape smarter commercial and marketing decisions, and they're looking for a talented Commercial & Marketing & Analytics Lead to join the team.
 
In this newly created role, you'll play a key part in strengthening data-driven decision making across Commercial and Marketing, leading the planning cycles, analytical frameworks, and reporting that drive growth, efficiency, and insight.
 
You'll manage a small team of three analysts and work closely with senior leaders across pricing, CRM, media, and digital to connect data to action, ensuring faster, smarter commercial decisions.


What you'll be doing

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning across commercial and marketing functions, aligning pricing, promotions, campaigns, and revenue targets
  • Oversee performance reporting and ROI analysis across all commercial and marketing initiatives
  • Deliver analytics roadmaps covering pricing, CRM, media, and digital optimisation
  • Build and coach a high-performing analytics team, championing a test-and-learn, insight-driven culture
  • Partner with media and analytics agencies to embed robust measurement frameworks and drive marketing effectiveness
  • Drive forecasting, scenario modelling, and revenue analysis to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Lead the development of automated dashboards and data visualisation tools (Power BI / Looker Studio)
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience in commercial, marketing, or digital analytics — ideally in a subscription, retail, or multi-site consumer environment
  • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to work confidently with large datasets
  • Solid grounding in statistics, A/B testing, and experimentation design
  • Expertise in Power BI (and ideally Looker Studio) for data modelling and storytelling
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate analytical insight into action
  • Experience managing and developing analytical teams

The package

  • £85,000-£92,500 base salary
  • Bonus + restricted stock awards + comprehensive benefits
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in SW London
