The Marketing Designer role sits at the heart of a newly evolving Creative & Design Studio, where you will help shape how complex financial products are communicated across multiple global markets. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, senior-led team under fresh creative leadership, where consistency, scalability and clarity are key. You will be part of a remote-first setup designed to deliver high-quality output across diverse regions and audiences.
The Marketing Designer will contribute to high-impact campaign delivery across paid social, display, search, OOH and partner channels, translating commercial objectives into clear, compelling visual communication.
The reason for this hire is to strengthen creative capacity within a growing studio following recent leadership changes and expanding campaign demand.
The Marketing Designer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, performance alignment and scalable creative output across all markets.
Role Highlights
- As a Marketing Designer, you will develop KPI-driven creative concepts across multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Design and maintain scalable templates and modular design systems for rapid campaign deployment
- Adapt and localise creative assets while ensuring compliance with financial promotion standards
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and visual direction
- Optimise workflows to improve efficiency, consistency and design output quality
You Will Need
- 2+ years' experience in fintech, financial services or regulated SaaS environments
- Strong portfolio covering multi-channel campaign design and execution
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of performance marketing, conversion and audience targeting
- Ability to work confidently within compliance-heavy frameworks
