The Marketing Manager will lead the tactical marketing roadmap for a diverse portfolio of flexible workspace properties, driving enquiries, occupancy, and revenue. This fixed-term maternity cover role offers the chance to deliver measurable impact within a high-profile, customer-centric business.
Role Highlights – Develop and execute data-driven property marketing plans to support new launches, refurbishments, and priority sites
– Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and local activations to boost occupancy and brand visibility
– Oversee the creation of compelling marketing assets — copy, design, and photography — ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
– Collaborate with digital, asset, and sales teams to deliver seamless property launches and tactical initiatives
– Manage budgets, report on performance, and optimise ROI using analytics and insights
You Will Need – Proven experience in property or workspace marketing with strong campaign management skills
– Excellent copywriting, design awareness, and attention to detail
– Confidence managing budgets and interpreting marketing performance data
– Strong stakeholder and agency management abilities
– Exceptional organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment
