Marketing Officer - Up to £45,000 - West London - Hybrid (2 days per week) - 6-month FTC
  
Our client, a prestigious higher education institution, is seeking an experienced Marketing Officer to join its central marketing team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–4 years’ marketing experience to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns that engage and inspire future students. You’ll work across digital, print and social channels, helping shape creative campaigns that enhance the organisation’s brand visibility and recruitment performance.
  
The Marketing Officer will plan, deliver and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results and support key institutional goals.
  
Role Highlights
  
  • Deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across digital, social, display and print channels.
  • Co-ordinate creative assets, content approvals and campaign timelines for seamless delivery.
  • Analyse performance data using Google Analytics and UTM tracking to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to manage leads and support conversion activity.
  • Assist with marketing budgets and event delivery, including Open Days and recruitment fairs.
You Will Need
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications or related discipline.
  • Strong copywriting and digital content creation skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems and campaign reporting tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
