The Performance Director will oversee a portfolio of ecommerce accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and shape marketing strategies that drive long-term client growth.
Role Highlights The Performance Director will...
– Own a portfolio of up to five ecommerce accounts, acting as strategic lead and senior client partner
– Develop and deliver high-performing marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
– Guide and mentor Paid Media Team Leads and specialists to support their growth and effectiveness
– Collaborate with creative teams to drive better campaign outcomes and integrated services
– Contribute to agency growth by supporting pitches, case studies, and new service development
You Will Need The Performance Director will bring...
– Proven experience leading client portfolios within performance marketing, ideally across retail or e-commerce
– Strong working knowledge of major paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and optimisation tactics
– Confidence managing senior stakeholders and navigating commercial conversations
– A collaborative leadership style with experience in mentoring high-performing teams
– Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and execute revenue-driving opportunities
