The Real Estate Marketing & Communications Manager will lead strategic marketing and communications for real estate audiences, ensuring the region’s investment opportunities stand out and spark meaningful engagement.
Role Highlights
– Develop and deliver a full-funnel B2B marketing and communications strategy for real estate decision-makers
– Shape place-based narratives that highlight regeneration, growth, and opportunity
– Produce compelling content across digital, editorial, social, and thought-leadership formats
– Manage multi-channel campaigns linked to national property events and media partnerships
– Coordinate all communications for major events, ensuring seamless delivery from planning to post-event activity
You Will Need
– Strong B2B marketing and communications experience, ideally within real estate, economic development or place-making
– Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging
– Confidence managing complex campaigns and balancing multiple deadlines
