Job Title: Part‑Time UX Designer (x3 days a week) 
Salary Range: £400–£600 per day 
Location / Working model: Central London | Hybrid, flexible part‑time

The Part‑Time UX Designer will take ownership of improving website journeys and conversion performance, using insight and experimentation to deliver measurable results.

Role Highlights
• Lead UX thinking across live CRO and website optimisation initiatives
• Turn analytics, session recordings and test results into clear design actions
• Prototype and iterate user journeys that directly improve conversion metrics
• Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce and development partners
• Shape and prioritise your own workload in a fast‑moving environment

You Will Need
• Proven UX experience within DTC or ecommerce environments
• Demonstrable track record of designs that delivered commercial impact
• Confidence working from data rather than opinion or convention
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to self‑direct effectively
• London‑based, with comfort working hybrid near London Bridge
