We’re working with a technology business that helps enterprise and public-sector organisations improve connectivity, access useful insights and get more value from their digital tools. They’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building lasting customer relationships and turning successful implementations into long-term partnerships. You’ll take ownership of the customer journey, from onboarding and training through to renewals, adoption and account growth. Working closely with sales, product and support colleagues, you’ll help customers achieve their objectives, resolve challenges early and identify opportunities to expand their use of the service.

The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of enterprise and government customers, protecting recurring revenue, improving customer adoption and driving sustainable growth through renewals and account expansion.
Role Highlights – Own customer relationships throughout the account lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with a range of stakeholders.

– Manage renewals and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional features, functionality and wider adoption.
– Lead onboarding, customer training and product education, helping customers embed the platform into their day-to-day operations.
– Run quarterly business reviews, presenting usage, customer health and progress against agreed objectives to demonstrate value and agree next steps.
– Monitor account performance, forecast renewals accurately and develop plans to address churn risks, declining engagement or reduced spend.

You Will Need:
– At least five years’ account management experience in a SaaS environment, ideally supporting enterprise or public-sector customers.
– A strong track record of managing renewals, strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
– Confidence using customer data, adoption metrics and account health indicators to guide decisions and recommend improvements.
– Strong organisation and project coordination skills, a collaborative approach and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Why You’ll Love It:
- Work remotely while managing meaningful, long-term customer relationships.
– Take ownership of the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
– Partner with sales, product and support teams to influence customer outcomes and share feedback.
– Make a measurable contribution to customer satisfaction, retention and recurring revenue.
– Join an organisation that promotes an inclusive workplace and values effective customer partnerships.
