The Role
A rare founding hire. You'll be the first post-sales Solutions Engineer in the US, which means genuine ownership — of the function, the process, and the outcomes. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to ensure they get maximum value from a platform that's genuinely changing how companies operate, while building the playbook that scales with the team.

This is not a ticket-closing role. It's strategic, customer-facing, and directly tied to retention and growth.

What You'll Own
  • Building the post-sales Solutions Engineering function from the ground up
  • Leading complex implementations, integrations and AI-driven workflow design
  • Running hands-on workshops and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical teams
  • Partnering with Customer Success on retention and expansion plays
  • Acting as the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role — Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar
  • Solid understanding of APIs and web-based technologies
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences — from engineers to C-suite
  • Comfortable managing multiple customers and workstreams simultaneously
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping enterprise workflows
