AI Product Leader Remote (US)
$250,000–$300,000 base + bonus + equity
We're partnering with a highly successful private equity-backed technology platform that is building a dedicated AI Product & Transformation function to help software businesses accelerate their AI journey.
This isn't a traditional Product Management role.
Nor is it an internal AI strategy position.
Instead, you'll work directly with leadership teams across a portfolio of B2B software companies, identifying where AI can create meaningful commercial value, validating opportunities with customers, building prototypes, launching AI-native products and helping established businesses reinvent themselves for the next generation of software.

What you'll be doing
- Partner with CEOs, Product Leaders and Engineering teams to identify high-value AI opportunities.
- Lead customer discovery to understand where AI can solve real business problems.
- Build and validate AI-native product concepts from 0→1.
- Develop prototypes using the latest AI tools, frameworks and LLM technologies.
- Help established SaaS businesses evolve into AI-native organisations.
- Influence product strategy, roadmap and AI adoption across multiple software businesses.
- Create repeatable AI playbooks that can be deployed across an entire portfolio.
- Building AI-powered products from 0→1.
- Launching GenAI, LLM or agentic AI products into production.
- Driving AI transformation within established software companies.
- Working closely with Engineering, Design and GTM teams.
- Rapid experimentation, customer validation and product discovery.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling and workflows.
