As the Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be at the heart of this growth, owning outbound prospecting activity and creating high-quality opportunities for the wider sales team. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure across multiple sectors, and fast-track your commercial development in a high-ownership role.

What will you be doing:
- Drive outbound prospecting through personalised calls, emails, and campaign
- Build strong pipelines across digital agencies, software firms, consultancies, andstartups
- Secure qualified meetings with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
- Tailor messaging to different verticals and buyer challenges
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and meeting targets
- 1 to 5 years’ experience in sales, including at least 1 year in B2B SaaS
- A competitive, resilient mindset with strong self-motivation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and confidence engaging senior leaders
- A Bachelor’s degree and comfort working independently
