The BDR Manager will lead and develop a high-performing outbound team in New York, owning onboarding, coaching, and performance management while helping shape the next phase of U.S. growth.
Role Highlights
The BDR Manager will:
– Lead and scale a team of 4–8 BDRs in a high-growth SaaS environment
– Own onboarding programmes and improve ramp-to-productivity timelines
– Deliver daily coaching, roleplays, and phone-first sales enablement
– Refine outbound messaging, prospecting sequences, and talk tracks
– Collaborate closely with sales leadership on pipeline quality and conversion performance
You Will Need
The BDR Manager will require:
– 3–5 years’ outbound sales experience within B2B SaaS
– Previous hands-on BDR/SDR experience with 2+ years in leadership
– Strong coaching capability across call handling and objection management
– Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar tools
– A data-led mindset with proven KPI and pipeline achievement history
