3Search is partnering with one of the fastest-growing companies in the enterprise AI space to hire a Senior Brand & Content Marketer.
The business is building an AI platform that helps teams deploy AI agents across their organisation, working with some of the world’s most innovative technology companies. Following significant growth and recent funding from a leading global VC, they’re now investing further in how they tell their story to the market.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, founders and GTM leadership to build the content engine rather than inherit an established playbook.
The immediate priority is customer storytelling. They have an exceptional customer base and increasingly sophisticated use cases, and need someone who can turn those into compelling stories that resonate with enterprise buyers. From there, the remit stretches across the broader Brand & Content strategy.
What you’ll own
More importantly, you’ll be able to demonstrate that you’ve built programs rather than simply produced content.
You should have experience creating a repeatable customer storytelling or advocacy motion, strong editorial judgement and the ability to turn complex technology into clear, interesting narratives. You’ll be comfortable working directly with customers, executives, Sales and CS, and equally happy defining the strategy or getting hands-on to ship something yourself.
Experience in AI, developer tools, cybersecurity, data infrastructure or another technically complex B2B category would be particularly relevant, but isn't essential.
This is an opportunity to join at a stage where the product, customer base and momentum are already there, but much of the external storytelling infrastructure is still to be built. You’ll have genuine ownership over what the company talks about, whose voices tell those stories and how they show up in the market.
Location: New York, hybrid
Compensation: $180,000–$250,000 + equity
