$140,000 – $200,000 + performance bonus

We are working with a high-growth, founder-led consumer brand that has built a loyal customer base and is now entering a pivotal scaling phase. With strong foundations already in place, the business is focused on transforming its e-commerce function into a highly predictable, data-driven revenue engine. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where your decisions directly shape growth, profitability, and long-term strategy.

The E-Commerce & Growth Director will take full ownership of online revenue performance, building a scalable and commercially robust growth function across all digital touchpoints.
Role Highlights
– Own revenue targets, forecasting, and quarterly growth planning
– Align paid media, retention, CRO, and merchandising strategies
– Optimise key levers including AOV, CVR, LTV, and pricing
– Oversee Shopify storefront experience, UX, and product launches
– Lead A/B testing roadmap and end-to-end customer journey improvements
You Will Need
– 5+ years scaling a Shopify-led DTC brand
– Proven ownership of revenue strategy and commercial outcomes
– Strong understanding of CAC, contribution margin, and forecasting
– Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams
– Confidence operating in fast-paced, founder-led environments
