A high-growth technology company is building its North American go-to-market team and is looking for founding Enterprise Account Executives to help establish and scale its US presence.

This is not a traditional enterprise sales role. The business has recently secured significant funding and is making North America a strategic priority. The successful candidates will be among the first commercial hires in the region, helping shape the sales playbook, influence market strategy and establish the foundations for future growth.

The platform serves complex enterprise customers with a highly technical solution. Typical enterprise opportunities involve six to nine month sales cycles and contract values exceeding $250,000.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build pipeline through a combination of outbound activity, partnerships and inbound opportunities
  • Develop relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders
  • Help localise and evolve the US go-to-market playbook
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing teams
  • Build relationships across strategic channel and ecosystem partners
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership
  • Help establish the culture, processes and foundations for future US team growth
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of future hires as the team scales
About You
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Proven success selling complex enterprise technology solutions
  • Experience managing six to nine month sales cycles and multi-threaded buying processes
  • Comfortable selling to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capability
  • Experience in payments, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, developer tools or adjacent enterprise software environments preferred
  • Background working within startup, scale-up or high-growth technology businesses
  • Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building processes, playbooks and new markets from scratch
  • Highly curious, coachable and eager to learn
  • Strong ownership mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and delivering consistent results
