The Senior Partnerships Manager will lead the development and execution of global partnerships that accelerate customer growth, strengthen brand trust, and expand market presence across diverse regions.

Role Highlights
– Define and deliver a global partnerships strategy aligned to acquisition and retention goals
– Identify and secure high-value collaborations across influencers, brands, and strategic partners
– Lead end-to-end negotiations, from initial outreach to long-term agreements
– Build lasting relationships with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders
– Establish performance frameworks to measure and optimise campaign success
You Will Need
– Proven experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or influencer collaborations (5+ years)
– Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional and international teams
– Commercial acumen with confident contract negotiation and deal closing ability
– Digital mindset with experience working alongside product or engineering teams
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
