You'll be responsible for understanding user behaviour, identifying friction throughout the customer journey, and developing programs that improve activation, adoption, engagement, retention and expansion.
Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering and Growth teams, you'll play a critical role in shaping how users experience the product from their very first interaction through to becoming power users and customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive activation, onboarding and adoption initiatives across the product experience
- Develop and execute product-led growth programs that improve user engagement and retention
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to launch new features and capabilities
- Analyse user behaviour and product usage data to identify opportunities for growth
- Build messaging, education and lifecycle initiatives that help users achieve value faster
- Design and run experiments to improve conversion, adoption and expansion metrics
- Gather customer insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise the end-to-end user journey
- Experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Growth or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and user lifecycle management
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Passion for understanding customer behaviour and driving measurable outcomes
