What you'll be doing
- Build and evolve the company's product narrative, positioning and messaging framework.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products, features and AI initiatives.
- Partner closely with Product, Design and Leadership teams to influence the roadmap and represent the voice of the customer.
- Build scalable launch processes that improve feature adoption and customer engagement.
- Translate customer insights into compelling stories, campaigns and content.
- Work across multiple channels to drive awareness, activation and retention.
- Develop a deeper understanding of user behaviour and identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
- Product Marketing within a SaaS, PLG or technology environment.
- Marketing to SMB, prosumer, creator or consumer audiences.
- Building positioning, messaging and category narratives.
- Leading product launches from concept through to adoption.
- Working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Operating cross-functionally with Product, Growth and Leadership teams.
- Building customer stories, thought leadership and content programmes.
- You're naturally curious about customers.
