We’re working with a high-growth, AI-driven B2B SaaS company operating in a complex, enterprise market.
  
They’re building their Product Marketing function properly — and are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to act as the strategic backbone of GTM, messaging, and competitive intelligence.
  
This is a foundational PMM hire, not a launch-only or enablement-heavy role.
  
What you’ll do
  
  • Own messaging and positioning across core products and buyer personas
  • Build and run a competitive intelligence program in a fast-moving market
  • Partner deeply with Product on roadmap, releases, and market feedback
  • Lead buyer research, win/loss analysis, and persona development
  • Enable Sales with clear, differentiated narratives that improve win-rates
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Marketing and Product leadership
  
What they’re looking for
  
  • Experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong product partnership experience (not downstream PMM)
  • Commercial mindset — understands pipeline, deals, and buyers
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building from scratch
  • Curious, opinionated, and energized by competitive markets
  
AI, RegTech, HealthTech, FinTech, or similar experience is a plus, but not required.

  • $160k–$180k base + bonus
