What you will be doing
- Oversee the end to end delivery of multiple web projects from estimation through to post launch support
- Keep designers, developers and QA aligned so work ships on time and at the right level of quality
- Maintain a structured backlog in tools like JIRA and ensure user stories, acceptance criteria and assets are clear
- Lead sprint activity with confident prioritization, constructive feedback and realistic release planning
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and ensure requirements are understood, agreed and met
- Experience leading digital or IT projects with exposure to Agile or Scrum ways of working
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate between clients, stakeholders and delivery teams
- Confidence running UAT and validating work before client review
- Analytical, problem solving mindset to keep work moving and clear blockers quickly
- Background in business, IT or a related field, with relevant certifications welcomed
