The Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing) will play a pivotal role in scaling the company's go-to-market engine, combining deep marketing operations expertise with broader revenue operations ownership. This position offers the opportunity to shape systems, processes, reporting, and AI-driven workflows that directly influence pipeline generation and business growth.

Role Highlights The Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing) will:
– Own and optimise the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and key GTM platforms
– Build scalable workflows, automation, lead routing, and operational processes
– Deliver reporting and analytics across funnel performance, attribution, and pipeline generation
– Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders to improve conversion and efficiency
– Drive AI adoption across revenue operations and marketing workflows to increase productivity and insight generation

You Will Need:
– 5+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations within B2B SaaS
– Strong expertise in HubSpot administration, workflow automation, and reporting
– Experience managing lead lifecycle processes, attribution models, and funnel analytics
– Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights
– A proactive mindset with the confidence to improve systems, processes, and AI-enabled ways of working
