With a global customer base spanning hundreds of enterprise brands, they are scaling their commercial team to unlock deeper value across existing partnerships. You’ll join at a pivotal moment, owning meaningful revenue conversations and playing a direct role in long-term growth without being boxed into a traditional “service-only” account role.
The Senior Account Manager will own the full commercial lifecycle of a high-value portfolio, combining retention, expansion, and strategic negotiation to drive sustainable revenue growth.

The Senior Account Manager will own the full commercial lifecycle of a high-value portfolio, combining retention, expansion, and strategic negotiation to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Role Highlights
- Own renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across enterprise accounts
- Drive expansion through new AI-led product introductions
- Lead executive-level QBRs to demonstrate ROI and unlock growth
- Build and manage a forecasted expansion pipeline against quota
- Negotiate complex multi-year commercial agreements end-to-end
- 2–4 years’ experience in a quota-carrying Account Management role
- Proven success hitting expansion or retention revenue targets
- Confidence negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Strong data-led approach to building business cases
- Fluency in English; European languages are a strong advantage
