Snr Enterprise Account Executive

  • $140,000.00 to $320,000.00
  • Permanent
We're working exclusively with one of the most exciting companies in the AI infrastructure space right now. Series A, tier-one backed, and already counting Nvidia, Samsung, Walmart and Verizon among their enterprise customers — this is a business with genuine product-market fit and a very clear window to own a new category before the market consolidates.

Enterprises are moving fast on AI agent infrastructure. This company is built for exactly that moment.

The Opportunity
The commercial team in the US is still being built. That's not a risk - it's the point.
The person coming into this role will have real influence over how the GTM motion is shaped, who gets targeted, and how deals are structured. You're not inheriting someone else's playbook. You're writing it.

Land deals sit in the $100k–$300k ACV range across corporate and enterprise segments, with clear and meaningful expand paths as customers scale. The pipeline is real, inbound demand is growing, and the technical differentiation is genuine.

The Role
As Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from discovery through to close — across mid-market and enterprise accounts in the US. You'll be selling to technical buyers: engineers, architects, platform teams, and the CTOs who sponsor them.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Running disciplined, multi-threaded enterprise cycles across corporate and enterprise accounts
  • Converting inbound and PLG demand into structured, commercial deployments
  • Working closely with Solutions Engineering on evaluations and paid pilots
  • Navigating procurement, security, legal and technical stakeholders with confidence
  • Contributing to GTM refinement and helping establish repeatable sales motions as the business scales

What We're Looking For
  • Genuine technical credibility — you've sold into engineering and platform teams and can hold your own with architects. A background in databases, data infrastructure, developer tools or adjacent deep tech is strongly preferred
  • Strong discovery skills — you know how to surface pain, quantify impact and build a compelling case before you ever talk price
  • Enterprise deal craft — you've closed complex, multi-stakeholder deals and know how to navigate a buying committee without losing momentum
  • Startup adaptability — you thrive when there's no playbook and you build process where none exists
  • Commercial discipline — you run paid pilots, not free POCs. You forecast accurately and keep your pipeline honest
  • Low ego, high ownership — you're here to build something, not to be handed something

What's On Offer
  • $260,000–$320,000 OTE (50/50 split)
  • Meaningful equity at Series A
  • Fully remote across the US
  • A founding team that is genuinely good at what they do and honest about where they are
  • The kind of timing that doesn't come around often

If you've been waiting for the right early-stage opportunity in the AI data infrastructure space — one with real customers, real demand and real upside — this is worth a conversation.
