Our client is a PE-backed SaaS business with strong ARR and a market-leading product in the business operations software space. They're profitable, scaling internationally, and genuinely AI-first in how they run the business. The marketing function is a priority investment — not an afterthought — and this hire is central to the next chapter of growth.
This is a builder role. You'll own the full marketing function end-to-end — strategy, team, budget, and execution — reporting directly into the CEO. The brief is clear: accelerate an already strong growth trajectory, optimize a significant paid media investment, and unlock lifecycle and partner channels that are currently underleveraged. There's a circa 10-person team in place, real budget to work with, and the mandate to build a full-funnel engine that compounds over time.
The space
This business sells into manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution environments — operators who care about efficiency, accuracy, and ROI above all else. We're looking for a marketer who has been in this world before. You'll understand the buyer, know how to earn their trust, and have a track record of cutting through in a space that doesn't respond to generic SaaS marketing playbooks. Experience marketing to SMB and mid-market operations buyers is a genuine requirement for this role.
What you'll bring
Senior B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience, with a track record across paid acquisition, lifecycle, SEO, and full-funnel analytics.
You've marketed to operational or technical buyers -in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, supply chain, or adjacent verticals. This will be mandatory.
You're comfortable in the data, credible with a CEO, and energised by building rather than managing the status quo. Experience embedding AI tools into marketing operations is a genuine requirement, not a nice-to-have.
What's on offer
Significant equity, competitive base and bonus, direct line to the executive team, and a clear runway to CMO as the business scales.
This is a confidential search. The company will be revealed following an initial conversation and NDA.
We are committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
