Role Highlights
- Own end-to-end revenue delivery across new business, renewals, and expansion.
- Refine and execute the go-to-market plan, optimising segmentation, territory, and compensation design.
- Strengthen and expand a capable sales organisation through recruitment, mentoring, and leadership development.
- Embed data-driven processes that enhance forecasting accuracy and operational excellence.
- Build strategic relationships with senior executives across key accounts and partnerships.
You Will Need
- 10–15 years of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership, ideally within data, analytics, or supply-chain platforms.
- Proven record of scaling ARR from around $20 million
- Expertise in complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles and consultative selling.
- Strong people-leadership, coaching, and hiring capability with a hands-on mindset.
- Commercial acumen backed by analytical, operational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
