Hi, I’m Sandra, Vice President within 3Search’s North American go-to-market recruitment team.

I partner with high-growth US and UK organizations expanding across the North American market, helping them build high-performing commercial teams. Since entering the talent industry in 2021, I’ve developed a deep expertise in supporting investor-backed tech businesses from Seed to Series D, advising on strategic hiring during some of the most critical phases of growth.

What I enjoy most is becoming a true partner to the companies I work with. By understanding fundraising, scaling challenges, and growth strategy, I work closely with leadership teams to consult on hiring plans that align with business objectives at the different growth stages and long-term expansion goals.
