It’s also an opportunity to challenge the brief where needed and ensure we’re aligned on expectations from day one.

Following the discovery session, we’ll agree on the right recruitment strategy that is reflective of the seniority of the role, your timelines, and the market landscape. This ensures that everyone is aligned on the goals, expectations and outcomes of our partnership.

With the strategy agreed, we take the role to market. Our recruiters proactively engage relevant candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted advertising. Every candidate we speak to is carefully screened to ensure they match your brief, values, and goals.

We present a curated shortlist of high-quality candidates, all of whom have been fully briefed on your opportunity. You’ll receive clear insights on each individual, including their motivations, salary expectations, and notice period, so you have everything you need to decide who to meet.
