We first started working with ACS in 2023 when they were looking to hire a replacement Marketing Manager. The previous Marketing Manager (and hiring manager) had been promoted and was looking for someone to take over their previous role.
Delivering a brilliant short list of marketers
The American Chemical Society had been searching for the right Marketing Manager for four months when our specialist recruiters got in touch.

Managing a quick marketing recruitment process
The Marketing Manager job was hybrid, with ACS looking for someone who would work from their office based in DC for three days a week. Their preferred candidate was previously working in a fully remote role, so there were some logistics for the hiring manager and the candidate to work through. Jason facilitated those conversations and found a solution that worked for both parties.
By providing regular updates and up to date market insight, the entire process only lasted four weeks.
