The American Chemical Society (ACS) is one of the largest scientific organizations, with over 173,000 individuals across 140 countries in their community. They’re on a mission to advance the broader chemistry enterprise and its practitioners for the benefit of Earth and its people. Their vision is to improve all people’s lives through the transforming power of chemistry.
We first started working with ACS in 2023 when they were looking to hire a replacement Marketing Manager. The previous Marketing Manager (and hiring manager) had been promoted and was looking for someone to take over their previous role.
The American Chemical Society had been searching for the right Marketing Manager for four months when our specialist recruiters got in touch.

The Marketing Manager job was hybrid, with ACS looking for someone who would work from their office based in DC for three days a week. Their preferred candidate was previously working in a fully remote role, so there were some logistics for the hiring manager and the candidate to work through. Jason facilitated those conversations and found a solution that worked for both parties.
