Our team has developed a very close partnership with Enfusion’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Lorelei Skillman, and their internal recruitment team.
Post-IPO, we were asked to support on the growth and development of the marketing department. There were a few questions about salary levels for the roles we were hiring, so we provided a consultative approach to the recruitment process. By market mapping and sharing our insights with Lorelei and the team, we were able to justify our salary recommendations and ultimately help Enfusion find the best talent available to help them grow and develop.
