We first started working with Legends in 2023 when they were looking to hire into their design team. Due to company growth and a significant increase in clients, there was an urgent need for the business to add two designers. Rapidly growing Legends’ design team
To handle the business’ growing workload, it was important that the design team expanded quickly. Legends needed candidates with strong experience who would be able to join the company and make an impact immediately. However, they had been struggling to engage the right candidates and had been searching for the right talent for a little while when they engaged us.
In order to speed up the process, Legends chose to engage our specialist digital marketing recruitment agency. 3Search Partner, Andrew Stoves, worked closely with Legends’ Director of UX & Digital Design to deliver both hires in just 6 weeks.
A consultative recruitment experience
Andrew took a consultative approach to these hires, maintaining consistent communication with the team throughout to ensure the recruitment process was on the right track. During this time, Andrew offered advice and insight into the types of hires Legends could expect for the compensation on offer.
