Having built a successful business in London, this organization was looking to expand into America for the first time. At the time, the business was still very new to the region (with only three people on the ground) and so needed our specialist recruiters to support their growth.
We began partnering with this organization in 2023 to support their product recruitment efforts and so far, have helped them hire a Product Lead.
Our specialist product recruitment team worked closely with the Chief Product Officer to identify the right product talent for the role. In order to get a true understanding of the position, business and team, he met with the CPO in-person in London to have a detailed conversation about their hiring needs.
As they were expanding into the region, it was important for this organization to identify a Product Lead with the skills and experience to build out their credit card offering from scratch in nine months. This was a huge opportunity for the right candidate.
