Our recruiters first started working with Volante Technologies at the start of 2024. Due to rapid growth, the organization needed to scale their sales team at speed. As a result, the VP of Sales worked with 3Search to support them with the recruitment of two Sales Director roles.
A consultative recruitment process
Specialist headhunter, Andrew Stoves, was engaged on this recruitment project. Andrew worked closely with the VP of Sales, organizing strategic calls every week to ensure that they were aligned throughout the process.
