Founder-Facing Leaders community

Founder-Facing Leaders is a peer-led community for GTM-focused senior leaders who work closely with founders in consumer-facing businesses. 

The community exists to address a common reality within founder-led businesses: isolation. 

Many founder-facing leaders operate in lean teams, without the internal sounding boards, resources or peer support typically found in larger organisations. Our community provides a trusted, practical space where members can connect with others who are navigating the same challenges; from scaling go-to-market functions to making high-impact decisions with limited resource.

Designed as a connector, the community enables open discussion and shared learning through the exchange of ideas, best practices, challenges, mistakes, wins and lessons from the front line. By bringing together leaders in similar roles and growth phases, the group helps members learn from those who have been there before (or are going through it right now), while building credibility, confidence and stronger partnerships with founders.

Who is this community for?

This is an invite-only community for senior founder-facing professionals leading early-stage commercial business growth. Membership is limited to Chief Growth Officers, Heads of Growth, VPs of Growth, senior marketing leaders and commercial leaders who are operating at similar stages. At present, the community is focused on consumer brands.
