Marketplace Leaders community

The Marketplace Leaders Community is a hand-selected network of senior leaders operating at the forefront of Amazon, marketplaces, and retail media.

This community exists to bring experienced leaders together in one trusted space to share insight in real time, sense-check decisions, and support one another through the challenges of an increasingly complex and fast-moving ecosystem. By pooling experience and perspective, the group helps leaders stay informed, confident, and commercially sharp.

Amazon expertise often sits with one person inside a business and that can be a lonely place. This community was created to bring the best marketplace leaders together so knowledge doesn’t stop.

Alongside peer learning, members receive first access to focused events, including roundtables, networking sessions, breakfasts, and informal meet-ups, as well as early consideration for future speaking opportunities.

Above all, this is a collaborative, high-trust community designed to make leading Amazon and marketplace strategy less isolating and far more connected. The community is designed to be open, inclusive, and judgement-free. It is a safe space where members can ask questions openly, share challenges candidly, and support one another without fear of judgement.

Who is this community for?

This is an invite-only community for senior professionals leading Amazon, marketplace, or retail media strategy within their organisations. Membership is limited to individuals who:

• Hold senior or leadership-level responsibility for Amazon or marketplace performance
• Have hands-on experience operating at scale across Amazon, marketplaces, or retail media
• Are actively involved in strategic decision-making, not just execution
• Value open knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and peer-led discussion
