Women in Marketing

The Women in Marketing community was created to give senior women a space to share honest experiences, practical advice, and peer-led support around the realities of leadership. Coming together in an online forum and in-person events, conversation topics range from career progression and decision-making to balancing professional and personal responsibilities.

I have been the only female director in my businesses and it can be a pretty lonely place.

The community is designed to be open, inclusive, and judgement-free. It is a safe space where members can ask questions openly, share challenges candidly, and support one another without fear of judgement.

Who is this community for?

The Women in Marketing community was created to provide a supportive, trusted space for senior women who may otherwise feel isolated in leadership roles. Many members are navigating senior positions where they are often the only female voice in the room, alongside the broader responsibilities of work, leadership, and life.

To ensure the community is as relevant as possible, this group is exclusively for senior female marketers at the Director level and above. If you do not meet this criteria, please take a look at our other communities.
