About our community
From a recruitment perspective, it has been very apparent that women are somewhat under-represented, particularly at the top. The tech industry is largely male-dominated, with men making up 68.4% and women 31.6% of the workforce. The imbalance is noticeable daily—sales teams tend to have more men than women, most supervisors are male, and the key influencers we interact with are typically men.
We wanted to create a community for like-minded female sellers to connect with each other, gain access to leadership development opportunities, and take their careers to the next level.
