Hi, I’m Liv Wilde and I’m a Consultant at 3Search, specialising in social media and influencer marketing recruitment. I partner with start-ups, scale-ups and established consumer brands to help them hire top talent across social, influencer and creator-focused roles.

Since moving into recruitment in 2023, my favourite part of the job has always been the people. I love working closely with candidates to understand their goals and helping them land roles where they can truly thrive and make an impact as well as supporting employers with their hiring challenges - ultimately finding the perfect fit for their team. 

The world of social media and influencer marketing is fast-paced, ever-changing and packed with creativity and that’s what makes it such an exciting space to work in. Every day I speak to brilliant people across the industry and learn something new about what’s working, what’s changing, and how brands are building deeper connections with their audiences.

 If you’re currently job searching, my best advice is to remember that interviews are a two-way conversation. You’re not just there to impress, you’re also figuring out if the company is the right fit for you. Keeping that in mind can take the pressure off and help you show up as your best self.
