Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold outreach to prospects to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of success in cold calling and lead generation.
- A hunter mentality with an strong personality and strong closing skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including objection handling, pipeline management, and follow-up strategies.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and technology (CRM, G Suite, Zoom, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience selling to the healthcare industry or in a FinTech environment is a plus
