We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of internationally recognised financial information and technology clients. You’ll be working with senior stakeholders across banking, asset management, and insurance — ensuring they gain maximum value from world-class platforms used by risk, trading, and technology professionals.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts across financial services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Drive client retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor — providing strategic insights and guidance on how clients can best leverage financial intelligence platforms.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Represent the business at key financial industry events and conferences, reinforcing market presence and client engagement.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in account management or client relationship management within B2B environments.
  • A proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving retention and growth targets.
  • Experience working with clients in financial services, SaaS, data, or other professional sectors.
  • Confident engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Highly organised, commercially minded, and client-centric — focused on driving mutual success.
  • Skilled in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with a data-driven approach to account strategy and performance.
