The Senior Account Manager will own key client relationships across a portfolio of grocery, FMCG, and retail partners—acting as both strategic advisor and growth driver. This is a high-impact, client-facing role blending campaign success with commercial accountability. You’ll have the autonomy to shape account plans, lead performance reviews, and uncover new opportunities across a loyal client base.

The Senior Account Manager will...
– Manage a portfolio of high-value FMCG and retail accounts with full ownership of retention and growth
– Lead QBRs, client strategy sessions, and campaign performance reviews
– Drive incremental revenue through consultative upselling and relationship development
– Partner cross-functionally with delivery and marketing to ensure flawless execution
– Build strategic account plans that align with both client objectives and internal growth targets

The Senior Account Manager will bring...
– 5–10 years of account management or client service experience, ideally in digital, retail or FMCG sectors
– Proven track record of commercial delivery, client satisfaction, and campaign success
– Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
– Strong understanding of shopper marketing, data-led promotions or retail media (desirable)
– Proficiency with CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics and an analytical mindset
