With a roster of household names and a proven track record of excellence, they’re now hiring an experienced Account Manager to help grow client relationships and maximise the value of ServiceNow investments. The Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of existing clients—building strategic partnerships, deepening platform adoption, and ensuring top-tier service delivery.


Role Highlights

 
– Maintain and grow client relationships with key ServiceNow customers
– Lead client reviews, performance updates, and contract renewals
– Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and platform optimisation
– Act as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely support and engagement
– Collaborate with technical, delivery and commercial teams for seamless client outcomes


You Will Need

 
– Proven experience in account management or customer success (tech/managed service preferred)
– Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive strategic value
– Strong commercial awareness and experience with contract negotiation
