This newly created role sits at the heart of that growth, offering you the chance to own a defined territory, build long-term client relationships, and directly influence commercial success. You’ll join a business with a proven product, a clear target market, and the backing of an established international footprint.
The Account Manager will take full ownership of an existing book of business across the UK and Europe, managing the complete sales lifecycle from first contact through to close. This is a high-autonomy role suited to someone who thrives in account management, enjoys engaging senior stakeholders, and wants to build momentum in a scale-up environment with genuine progression.
Role Highlights
– Drive sales activity across defined UK and Europe existing accounts
– Manage the full 360° account management lifecycle (retention, renewals, cross-sell, upsell)
– Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline aligned to ICPs
– Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-led pitches
– Act as a trusted market-facing ambassador, feeding insight back into the business
You Will Need
– 3–4+ years’ experience in Account Management
– Background in SaaS or subscription-based products
– Experience selling into Private Equity, advisory, or similar professional services environments
– Proven track record of strong retention rates
– Confidence engaging senior decision-makers with clarity and credibility
