Following sustained growth and increasing demand from enterprise clients, our client is expanding their commercial team. This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of significant revenue streams and play a key role in shaping long-term client partnerships within a market experiencing unprecedented wealth transfer and digital transformation.

The Account Manager will take ownership of a £3m+ portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving expansion, retention and long-term strategic value across key partnerships.

Role Highlights – The Enterprise Account Manager will:
– Manage and grow a £3m+ book of enterprise business
– Develop structured account plans to unlock incremental revenue
– Lead complex renewals with minimal churn and high satisfaction
– Build senior stakeholder relationships, including C-suite leaders
– Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and accelerate revenue

The role requires: – Proven success growing £250k+ enterprise accounts
– Demonstrable NRR performance of 120%+
– Strong commercial acumen with complex contract negotiation experience
– Accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management skills
– Confidence influencing and challenging executive stakeholders
