The Paid Media Lead will drive subscription growth through high-performing paid marketing strategies, using data, creativity and audience insight to deliver measurable results across digital channels. About the Role:
- Own and execute paid acquisition strategy across key channels (Meta & Google)
- Plan and optimise always-on and campaign-based activity
- Use audience insights to improve conversion journeys
- Collaborate with editorial, product and marketing teams
- Monitor performance metrics including CPA, ROI and conversion rates
About You:
- Proven experience in paid acquisition (Meta & Google)
- Experience working in Publishing/Media is highly desired
- Strategic mindset (long term opportunities) and performance focus (commercial acumen)
- Strong agency management experience - confidence to challenge
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Subscription experience would be ideal
- Experience scaling newer channels would be great
