The Affiliate and Partnership Manager will own the affiliate channel end-to-end — recruiting high-performing partners, managing relationships, and optimising campaigns to grow revenue and market share.

- Shape and execute affiliate and influencer strategies
- Source, onboard, and retain top-tier Swedish-facing affiliates
- Negotiate win-win deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) with full autonomy
- Monitor KPIs like FTDs, ROI, and player LTV to drive performance
- Ensure content and partnerships meet Swedish compliance standards
You Will Need
- Proven affiliate marketing experience in iGaming or casino sectors
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Income Access or NetRefer
- Solid grasp of Sweden's gambling regulations (e.g., Spelinspektionen)
